• COMMERCIAL KITCHEN HOOD SPECS – Concession hood measures 4’ wide and 30” deep. It features a 4” high front and 18” high back. Hanging brackets and pre-wired lights included. Brackets and lights can be shipped loose or installed upon request.
• HEAVY DUTY STEEL CONSTRUCTION – Industrial quality food truck equipment is built from 18-gauge steel. All joints are welded liquid tight without seams by an automatic wire fed MIG welder. Each grease trough is equipped with a stainless steel cup.
